Duties Include:

Transcribing references
PowerPoint presentations (creating, printing, binding)
Responsible for populating and updating database with current information
Responsible for scheduling candidate/client interviews for the recruiters as needed
Conducting research of companies, candidates and industries from various sources, i.e. Web, job boards, Linked-in, etc.

Required Skills:

1+ years experience
Must have stellar communication skills, verbal and written
Must type 65wpm+ accurately
Must be able to keep multiple balls in the air at once
Pays attention to detail
Has super listening skills
Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
