Duties Include:
• Transcribing references
• PowerPoint presentations (creating, printing, binding)
• Responsible for populating and updating database with current information
• Responsible for scheduling candidate/client interviews for the recruiters as needed
• Conducting research of companies, candidates and industries from various sources, i.e. Web, job boards, Linked-in, etc.
Required Skills:
• 1+ years experience
• Must have stellar communication skills, verbal and written
• Must type 65wpm+ accurately
• Must be able to keep multiple balls in the air at once
• Pays attention to detail
• Has super listening skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
